We win plenty of awards too! RMG Account Manager RMG is seeking a strong Account Manager to join our expanding team who:

  • Has a reputation for taking on projects and delivering them on brief, on time and on budget and does this all in a very professional way.
  • Is adept at writing creative briefs, formulating competitive costs and developing accurate CPAs and gets excited about working with big ideas.
  • Lives in the digital space, is fascinated by emerging trends and technologies and is always excited about finding relevant ways to bring them to our clients.
  • Has a good grasp of digital production and is very comfortable communicating this to clients.
  • Understands the importance of analytics in measuring the success of work and tailoring future campaigns.

Main purpose of the job:

  • Take briefs from clients and agree the work requirements and delivery parameters with the Creative and Production departments.
  • Establish a strong client relationship, ensuring that clients’ expectations are always met and that the client is kept up to date on progress and project milestones.
  • Establish strong working relationship with internal departments and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of the overall delivery of the project from brief to final delivery of the work.
  • Oversee all day-to-day elements of the account: briefs, CPAs, estimate requests, quotes, invoicing, POs, campaign summaries, KPI setting and on-going management.
  • Work independently, but have understanding as to when to delegate down and / or escalate up.
  • Ensure that the team follows all Client Services processes.
