We recently worked on the launch of eVision, eircom’s new TV service. The addition of TV to eircom's offerings enables Irish consumers to get all their entertainment and communications needs - landline, broadband, mobile and television - from one Irish provider for the very first time.
For the product launch eircom challenged us to produce an engaging discovery area on eircom's website, to creatively display the information about the product with the objective of persuading prospective customers to sign up.
Our solution centered on the use of popular TV characters to illustrate key content and features, combined with two integrated videos presenting an overview of the service and a more detailed look at eVision’s innovative user interface. We worked closely with eircom’s online teams to ensure the optimal user journey for consumers to allow them to seamlessly explore and learn about the service.
Excellent user experience across multiple platforms was a key deliverable, so we developed a mobile and a desktop site, with the correct site served depending on the user's device to ensure the content was displayed in a rich and engaging way.
The landing page experience effectively communicates that eVision is a service that can work for families, is great value and is on a par with competitor offerings.
